Mask-a-rade is an explosion of multi/multi chromatic particles. Mask-a-rade is jam-packed full of spectacular colourful glittery elements. Mask-a-rade needs a black/dark base coat for the effect to shine through!
Final thoughts: Mask-a-rade is packed with tones of multicolor glitters. They are multichromatic, meaning their color shifts, for example, from blue to purple. But you can also spot some orange, brown, green, and blue! The concept behind it is very much like the Ozotic Elytra glitters. The glitters are very "thin" so that you will never get a bumpy manicure. It will always look smooth.
The glitters are suspended in a clear base. Application was easy, nothing particular to report. I used 2 coats over a black creme. Of course, the different colors will pop against a dark base but I'm curious to try it over white. I'll have to do this!
